In Nevada, most casinos have a sports book, an area devoted to betting on sporting events such as horse races or ball games. In smaller casi¬nos, the sports book may be nothing more than a counter with a tote board hung behind it. But the larger casinos have super-sized rooms full of amenities designed for anyone willing to put his money where his mouth is.
